We are a Colorado based general contractor and developer of real estate projects in the Denver, Colorado area. We specialize in the Denver city neighborhoods but we have also built developments in the mountains of Summit County.

For more than 30 years, Peak 1 Enterprises, LLC and its principals, Dave Fox and Pat Tjaden have been creating quality new residential housing and historic restoration projects characterized by innovative design and uncompromising craftsmanship.

Our award winning historic preservation efforts have included the restoration of properties listed on the National Register of Historic Places as well as other projects located in the recognized historic districts of Denver and Breckenridge, Colorado. We support and embrace the process of accurately preserving the fabric and context of our important historic structures.
